Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 IDR (or equivalent remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. oja88 is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet outages, server failures, DDoS attacks, or acts of God. During force majeure events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting oja88 customer support. Upon closure request, any pending bets will be settled, and Your remaining balance (minus any applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be made available for withdrawal. Account closure is typically processed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at our sole discretion if we believe You have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
